Brian Schmitz Has Goofy Magic Stories to Tell You
In honor of the too-absurd-to-be-believed (yet entirely true) news that a fight broke out at Medieval Times Monday night when several groups of teenagers vied for Rashard Lewis' autograph, Brian Schmitz gets his Dave Letterman on with a Top-10 list of bizarre Magic stories. I don't want to spoil the reading experience for you, so I won't even excerpt it here. Just read it. I implore you.
My favorite is number 7. Let the speculation as to that player's identity commence!
Sidenote: Medieval Times is awesome. Best field-trip destination ever.

Lewis and his family had to leave the Medieval Times dinner-show Monday night -- April Fool's Day -- after a fight broke out between some teen-agers seeking his autograph.
Wasn't Lewis playing against the, oh I dunno, Hornets that night? I mean, I know he sat out a lot because of foul trouble, but I don't think he had time to go all the way out to I-Drive and back. Or perhaps he went afterwards? At...10pm?
Oh wait, just read article. It happened Monday, the 31st, not April Fool's Day (the 1st). YOU FAIL, BRIAN SCHMITZ.

Um
Yeah, Monday was an off-day for the Magic. They played the Hornets on Tuesday night. The article isn't a joke. Not as far as I can tell, anyway.

Theme Shows
Medieval Times isn't even the most fun around here and the food tastes like airline leftovers.
Check out that Pirate's Dinner Adventure and save yourself the pain of driving on 192.

Re: Theme Shows
I should mention I haven't been to Medieval Times since I was in 6th grade, and it was really cool then. I'm a fan of the pastries.
In hindsight, the best field-trip destination was my neighborhood Gooding's when I was in Kindergarten. Free donuts for all!
